Who is YourQuoteApp for?

YourQuoteApp is built for UK bathroom fitters, small bathroom installation companies and bathroom showrooms that want a better way to handle quote enquiries before driving out to every job.

Do I need a website?

No. You can use a hosted quote link and send it by WhatsApp, text, email, Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile or directory listings. If you already have a website, the link can sit behind your Get a Quote button.

Does the customer need an account?

No. The customer opens your quote link, answers the questions, adds measurements and uploads photos or files. They do not need to log in or download anything.

Will customers fill it in?

Serious customers usually want a clear next step. The link gives them that. It also helps filter out vague “rough price” messages because the customer has to give the details needed for a sensible quote.

Is it just a quote form?

No. The quote link is only the front end. YourQuoteApp can also handle the quote journey, questions, photos, measurements, pricing rules, PDF quote email, site visit booking, accepted quote tracking and follow-up admin.

Can I choose the bathroom questions?

Yes. The questionnaire can be shaped around the way you quote bathroom work, from a shorter enquiry flow to a more detailed bathroom survey with visual choices.

Can customers upload photos, measurements and files?

Yes. Customers can add photos of the bathroom, measurements, plans or other useful files so you can see the job before deciding whether to book the site visit.

Does it calculate the price?

Yes. The quote can be calculated from your setup, including your services, pricing rules, VAT settings and any choices the customer makes. The aim is to produce a professional PDF quote quickly.

Is the quote final?

The quote can be sent with clear wording that it is subject to a site visit. That means the customer gets a proper price, but you still get the chance to check the room, access, measurements and any hidden issues before committing.

Does it replace the site visit?

No. It makes the site visit more worthwhile. By the time you go out, the customer has already shared details, seen a price and taken a clearer next step.

Can the quote email include a booking link?

Yes. The quote email can include a booking link so a serious customer can book the next step after receiving the PDF quote.

What does it cost?

The current plan is shown on the Pricing page. The homepage and pricing page include a quote admin calculator so you can compare the monthly plan against the time usually spent on manual quote admin.

How long does setup take?

Setup depends on how detailed your quote flow needs to be. The walkthrough shows what needs setting up, including questions, pricing, email wording and your quote journey.

What does setup include?

We help with your quote link, logo, email templates, starter questionnaire and quote settings so the system reflects how your bathroom fitting business works.

I’m not great with computers. Can you help?

Yes. The product is designed to keep the language plain and the process simple. Support is included to help you get set up and understand how the quote journey works.

What happens on the demo?

The demo shows the customer quote link, questionnaire, pricing setup, PDF quote, site visit booking, fitter dashboard and what happens after a customer accepts.

Can it help after the quote is accepted?

Yes. YourQuoteApp is designed to support the bigger journey after acceptance, including accepted work, deposit requests, invoice workflow, install summaries and customer follow-up.
